🌿 A Note from the Herbalist
Every blend begins in stillness.
Before a single herb is chosen, I listen.
The plants have been our teachers far longer than they have been our medicines. Each carries its own wisdom, its own purpose, its own story. My work is to bring them together in a way that honors both the tradition they come from and the people they are meant to serve.
Every herb in these blends has a job. Nothing is added simply because it is beautiful or popular. If a plant does not have a purpose, it does not belong in the cup.
A new tea spends days beside me before it is ever offered to someone else. I brew it morning and evening, tasting, refining, and waiting. Sometimes the blend asks for warmth. Sometimes it asks for softness. Sometimes it asks for patience.
When it no longer asks to be changed, I know it is ready.
These teas are more than recipes. They are quiet rituals woven from study, remembrance, intuition, and a deep reverence for the wisdom carried by the natural world.
There are moments I cannot explain. A blend that suddenly asks for cinnamon. A cup that finally settles into harmony. A quiet knowing that the work is complete. I have learned to honor those moments with the same respect I give to the plants themselves.
My hope is that each cup invites you to pause... to breathe... and to remember that healing often begins in the smallest of sacred moments.
